Steps We Follow

Step 1: Needs/System Analysis

By the end of the step, we plan to have learned key parts of your business which you want reflected on the website. This also enables us to assess your needs and provide you with recommendations on how to procceed help you finding out what you need from the website. We come to common understandings on content presentation, design and layout, choice of company domain name and the related hosting features.

Step 2: Legal Agreement and Material Collection

We ask for a 50% investment and sign the legal contract during this stage to help us begin the design and development work in confidence. A draft design produced will be sent to you to get your inputs at the early stages which will be reviewed till it gets to its best look. We'll then finalise the overall design.

Prior to the development stage, I will be able to help you define what your target market is and what kind of goals you have for the website, visual looks andcontent for the website. Sometimes, any kind of list of websites that you liked can also give us realize the needed taste. We normally take 14 to 21 days to get your website designed and get it online, if you need it earlier than that, please raise this issue at this stage.

We will also require you to provide us content including About the Company, contact information to be displayed on the website and images & logos to be used by the designers (if any).

Step 3: Draft design Modifications

The draft design and navigational strategy provided can accomodate changes wherever deemed is necessary. If a logo work is also required, it is launched at the same time. The draft design (prototype) is not a working model, but very close to how your site will look visually.

Step 4: Development Stage

At this stage, we accomodate your final shaping thoughts and comments on the designs. When we've agreed on a design, it will then be developed to working webpages with working links.

Step 5: Final Touch, Hosting and Email Setups

The website is given final adjustments, and the hosting and emails to be created are finalized at this stage. An ongoing maintenance contract (hourly based) can be signed at this stage if any more regular work is needed.
